Our client is a large property management company based in Enfield. They are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working Office Administrator to join their busy team in their head office.
- Advertising to the local authorities for new or re-let properties
- Chasing bookings and cancellations from the local authorities
- Updating data in all IT systems
- Answering calls and dealing with different queries
- Keeping records of documents etc and creating reports on spreadsheets
- Reception duty on a rota basis
- Creating files of new properties and checking all documents, certificates and agreements
- Assisting with any necessary tasks as requested by team members
- Working part of a team to comply with instructions provided by Line Manager
- General admin duties according to as and when instructed
- Solid experience of working in office administration
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Clean DBS
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Working in housing or lettings/property management desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- 20 days holiday
- Working hours Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
