Our client is a large property management company based in Enfield. They are looking for a Customer Services Officer to join their team.
What the role will include:
- Dealing with approximately 450 properties
- Answering telephone calls and emails from tenants and landlords regarding repairs to their property
- Ensuring that the required repair is logged on our repairs database, passed to an in-house/external contractor and completed within the priority timescales
- Aim to resolve customer issues and complaints at the first point of contact as far as possible, keeping customers informed as to progress
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- A knowledge of property repairs/maintenance is desirable but not essential
- Working hours Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
- 20 days holiday including bank holidays
- Basic Salary £20-24k depending on experience
